J. Cole Leaves Basketball Africa League Due To “Family Obligation”: Dreamville boss and American hip-hop star, J. Cole has completed his contractual obligation and left the Rwanda Patriots Team of the Basketball Africa League, reports Senior NBA writer Marc J. Spears.
