It recognized the best recordings, compositions, and artists of the eligibility year, running from September 1, 2019, to August 31, 2020.

American star, Beyoncé had a big night, winning four awards, hence breaking the record for most Grammy wins by a woman and any singer; male or female.

Megan Thee Stallion also had a successful evening, bagging three awards including Best New Artist and Pop Powerhouse, while Taylor Swift won Album of the Year honors for the third time in her career.

Also, African Giant and King of Afro-fusion, Burna Boy snatched his first Grammy as his ‘Twice As Tall‘ album won Best Global Music Album.
